The Gidgegannup Agricultural Society holds a very popular, traditional Country Show each October which attracts visitors and exhibitors from all over the metropolitan and hills areas and beyond. We publish a monthly newsletter, the "Gidgegram" which is delivered free to residents of Gidgegannup and gives information on a wide range of local events and activities. The Society also provides practical support to many community groups.

Our "Objects are to promote, encourage and assist the development of agricultural, pastoral, horticultural, viticultural and industrial resources of Gidgegannup and the surrounding districts" and membership is open to any individual, club, association or body with aims consistent with our Objects.
