We will be hosting Christmas Carols by candlelight on the 12th of December at 7 pm at the local Gidgegannup Primary School. There will be battery operated candles available for a gold coin donation. All are welcome. Children are welcome to bring a gift to put under the christmas tree. The presents will be donated to the Maybury Christmas Appeal.

We will have a special service on Sunday the 6th of December for all the local firebrigades. Everyone is welcome. There will be a sausage sizzle afterwards.

At its Red Hill Open Day on Saturday 7 November 2009, the Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council (EMRC) awarded 13 local community groups with funding from its 2009/10 EMRC Community Grants Program.


EMRC is an active member of the Red Hill and surrounding neighbourhoods, supporting community groups in the area by providing grants of up to $1000 for groups that can demonstrate that their activities benefit the Gidgegannup, Hovea, Parkerville or Stoneville communities.
