2013/14 season
The 2013/14 basketball season is due to commence in October 2013 so please register if you would like to play.
Teams are available for Adults and Children.

You can register using any of the following methods:
- Download the form on the right hand side of the screen, fill it in and then return it by email (judy@jkpurkiss.com.au) or fax 9574 6541. Payment can be made via internet transfer (BSB 126547, Account No 01034829).
- Download the form, complete and send payment via cheque to "The Registrar" at the address below. Cheques to be made out to "Gidgegannup Basketball Club".
- Attend the registration day, Wednesday 11th September 2013, 3.30pm - 6.30pm at Percy Cullen Oval, Toodyay Road, Gidgegannup. Payment can be made by cash or cheque on the day.
basketball fees
Basketball fees 2013/14 season have not yet been set.
The fees below were the fees for the 2012/13 season.
They should be considered a guide only:
Under 10s (Years 2*,3 & 4) - $70
Under 12s (Years 5 & 6) - $70
Under 14s (Years 7 & 8) - $80
Under 16s (Years 9 & 10) -$80
Under 18s (Years 11 & 12) - $80
Adult Men - $90
Adult Women - $90
Children are placed in teams according to their age as at the 30th June prior to the season starting. This generally fits in with their school year so in most cases they can be in teams with their classmates.
*Year 2s are welcome to play but not all are ready at this age (they will be playing against children in year 3 & 4). Please feel free to have a discussion with our registrar if unsure.

uniforms
Gidgegannup team jerseys are lent to all players.
Deposit for the top is no longer required,
however, if shirts are damaged, lost or not returned at season end then the player will be charged the replacement cost of the top.
Players to supply their own navy blue shorts (shorts must not have pockets).

at the courts
Teams generally train at the Gidgegannup Recreation Centre (Percy Cullen Oval),
although some younger teams may train at Gidgegannup Primary School.
Coaches will advise when and where your team will train.
Please remember all coaches are volunteers.
If you would like to be a coach then please contact our registrar.
All Gidgegannup teams play against other teams from surrounding suburbs at the Hills Raiders Courts in Mundaring on either a Tuesday or Friday evening depending upon the age group you are playing in. Hills Raiders charge a $3 entry fee for all players, spectators are free.
