The Gidgegannup Recreational Club essentially manages the facilities
at Percy Cullen Oval.

The Club has adopted the City of Swan's booking policy where the venue will not be leased out for "high risk parties". This is to overcome one of the problems of late night noise.
The Executive Committee is elected annually, with each of the affiliated sporting bodies entitled to appoint a member to Committee.

The opening of the new multipurpose courts took place on 28 April 2007.
